Dashboard

The dashboard is the first page you see when you log in to InventX as an admin. It provides an overview of your business and access to the reports screen.

To access the reports click on the Reports button on the center of the screen above the cards and below the heading.

Cards

Cash Balance

This card quickly provides an overview of the cash balance of your business. It shows the total cash balance as of now.

Credit Balance

This card quickly provides an overview of the credit balance of your business. It shows the total credit balance to be received/paid as of now.

Pending Invoices

This card shows the total number of pending invoices in your business. It shows the total number of invoices that are not paid yet.

Overdue Invoices

This card shows the total number of overdue invoices in your business. It shows the total number of invoices that are not paid even after the due date.

PLEASE NOTE

If a credit invoice is billed without a due date, it will not be considered as an overdue invoice and counted under this card.

Profit Overview

This card quickly provides the profit/loss overview of your business. It shows the monthly profit/loss for the last 6 months.

Valuable Customers

This card shows the top 5 valuable customers of your business. It shows the customers who have made the highest purchases (all time).
