InventX Admin Guide

Welcome aboard, Admin!

This guide will help you setup & get started with InventX and provide you with the information you need to use the platform effectively.

Getting Started

The first and foremost step to get started with InventX is to add your business details. This will help you to personalize the platform to your business.

Business Details

  1. Click on the Profile Icon on the top right.
  2. Click on Settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. By default you will be on the Business tab.

NOTE

The business details entered here will be used in the invoices and other features on the platform. Therefore make sure that the details are accurate.

Printer Settings

  1. Click on the Profile Icon on the top right.
  2. Click on Settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. By default you will be on the Business tab.
  4. Switch to the Printer tab.

You can configure the printer settings to print invoices and receipts directly from the platform.

Details

You can modify these settings and use the Test Print button to verify the changes before saving them.

Footer 1 & 2

You can add a custom message or a note to the footer of the invoice or receipt. This can be a thank you note or any other message you want to convey to your customers.

Display Currency

Toggle this option if you would want your currency to be displayed on the invoice or receipt.

Print Receipt on Invoice

Toggle this option if you would want the receipt to be printed as soon as the invoice is billed.

WARNING

Make sure that the printer is connected to the device during the billing if this option is enabled.

Printer Width

You can adjust your printer width here. This will ensure receipt takes the full width of your receipt paper.

Notification Settings

  1. Click on the Profile Icon on the top right.
  2. Click on Settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. By default you will be on the Business tab.
  4. Switch to the Notification tab.
